On August 1, 2012, all U.S. employers were
forced to provide coverage for abortion drugs, contraception, and
sterilization in their healthcare plans as part of the Health and
Human Services mandate. The move by this Administration undermines
and suppresses our religious liberties.
These ObamaCare mandates elevate political policies above principle
by forcing citizens to choose between their conscience and their
deeply held religious beliefs or the government.
Due to its "Biblical founding", Hobby Lobby, a national arts and
crafts chain recently filed a lawsuit in a U.S. District Court
opposing these ObamaCare mandates. "We simply cannot abandon our
religious beliefs to comply with this mandate," says Hobby Lobby CEO
and founder David Green, who added he will continue to operate the
company in a manner consistent with Biblical principles.

Concerned Women for America supports the owners of Hobby Lobby
for taking a bold stand for religious freedom, and is providing
grassroots Americans with a platform to show their support as well.
Our goal is to quickly rally 25,000 faith-filled believers who
reject the ObamaCare mandates and who refuse to sit idly by and
allow our freedom of speech or religion to be assaulted and taken
away. Concerned Women for America will hand-deliver the petitions to
Hobby Lobby headquarters in a massive show of grassroots support!
The Petition States
By adding my name to this petition
of support, I am joining with Concerned Women for America and
citizens across the nation who reject the unconstitutional Health
and Human Services mandates forcing me to choose against my deeply
held religious beliefs and the U.S. government. I am deeply offended
that this Administration has no respect for my God-given rights and
support those who are challenging this assault on our religious
freedom in court.
